Finding a pet friendly apartment can be tough. Here at Myriad Apartments, we certainly understand how important it is to have our companions by our side. That’s why we are a pet friendly community; we love your pets as much as you do!
Not only will your pet find a cozy place to call home, your pets will also be able to take advantage of all the great amenities that surround you. We have a complete listing of groomers, boarders and training locations within a 10 mile radius of our community.
Although we love your pets, all animals must be pre-approved, be house trained, and have a recent Veterinarian statement of good health.
Our pet fee and deposit consists of a $250 non-refundable fee and a $250 refundable deposit. Also, we charge pet rent of $10/month.
Breed restrictions apply and a pet weight limit of 40 lbs (fully grown). Limit of one pet per apartment home.
